2. Status of the person required to provide information under the Trade Regulation Act, notification and registration

The person subject to the obligation to provide information is registered as an insurance broker with a license pursuant to Section 34d Paragraph 1 of the Trade Regulation Act with the competent authority, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and is registered in the intermediary register under the registration number D-2GYV-LQJUM-96.

3. Consultation and remuneration

As part of the brokerage process, the agent provides advice in accordance with legal requirements and receives a commission and, if applicable, a service fee from the product provider for successfully brokering an insurance contract. The agent also receives other remuneration. This is already included in the insurance premium and therefore does not need to be paid separately by the customer. Alternatively, the agent may agree with the customer on a combination of commission and a fee, or a fee only. In this case, the fee is payable separately by the customer. This depends on the customer's wishes and needs, as well as the insurance products that may be brokered.

5. Holdings of or in the entity subject to the disclosure requirement

The entity subject to the disclosure requirement does not hold any direct or indirect interest exceeding 10 percent of the voting rights or capital of any insurance undertaking. No insurance undertaking or parent company of an insurance undertaking holds any direct or indirect interest exceeding 10 percent of the voting rights or capital of the entity subject to the disclosure requirement.
