Philipp Badent

My real estate partner Jannis Klemm and I have been running a shared office under the name Badent & Klemm Consulting since 2021. Initially, we worked in a shared office space in Heidelberg, and then we took the next step. In 2023, together with our team partners, we opened a second location in Weinheim and Karlsruhe.  We are pleased that, following the successful establishment of this location, further sites will follow, including in Heidelberg and Darmstadt.

 Since I have been working as an independent insurance broker since 2018, I bring extensive knowledge in the field of insurance, securities and investments. Furthermore, I am certified as a specialist in fee-based consulting, in order to always be able to advise my clients in an unbiased and as transparent a manner as possible. Furthermore, as a certified potential consultant (AECdisc®), I am responsible for recruiting new, qualified consultants and managers for our team.

My professional career began with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, in which I worked in sales. Before I decided to become an independent insurance broker, I enjoyed the training to become a certified specialist for insurance intermediaries in accordance with Section 34d Paragraph 1 GewO at one of the largest German financial service providers, where I was already at a young age I was able to gain valuable experience for my future career.
