Professional career

Since 2021, I have been working with my real estate partner Philipp Badent under the name Badent & Klemm Consulting as a shared office. After being part of a shared office in Heidelberg for several years, we founded two locations in Weinheim and Karlsruhe in 2023 together with our team partners – more will follow, including in Heidelberg and Darmstadt.

As an independent insurance broker, I possess extensive knowledge in the field of securities investment and capital management, and I have five years of consulting experience in the insurance and pension sectors. Furthermore, I am a certified fee-based advisor, enabling me to provide my clients with unbiased and transparent advice. In addition, as a certified talent scout (AECdisc®), I am responsible for recruiting new, qualified consultants and managers for our team.

Before deciding to become an independent insurance broker, I completed training as a certified insurance broker according to §34d para. 1 GewO at one of the largest German financial service providers, where I was able to gain valuable experience for my future career at a young age.

Training

During my dual studies in Business Administration at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim, I learned the fundamentals of business administration and economic principles, and later specialized in marketing and sales. I successfully completed my studies in 2019, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

This sparked my interest in investments and real estate for the first time, which led me to register a business and further my education in the financial sector while still studying.
