Professional career

My real estate partner Jannis Klemm and I have been running a shared office under the name Badent & Klemm Consulting since 2021. Initially, we worked in a shared office space in Heidelberg, and then we took the next step. In 2023, together with our team partners, we opened a second location in Weinheim and Karlsruhe. We are pleased that, following the successful establishment of this location, further sites will follow, including in Heidelberg and Darmstadt.

Since I have been working as an independent insurance broker since 2018, I bring extensive knowledge in the field of insurance, securities and investments. Furthermore, I am certified as a specialist in fee-based consulting, in order to always be able to advise my clients in an unbiased and as transparent a manner as possible. Furthermore, as a certified potential consultant (AECdisc®), I am responsible for recruiting new, qualified consultants and managers for our team.

My professional career began with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, in which I worked in sales. Before I decided to become an independent insurance broker, I enjoyed the training to become a certified specialist for insurance intermediaries in accordance with Section 34d Paragraph 1 GewO at one of the largest German financial service providers, where I was already at a young age I was able to gain valuable experience for my future career.

motivation

My interest in the insurance industry was particularly heightened at the beginning when I optimized my parents' contracts. I was able to save them over €1000 annually while improving the performance of the contracts. This was one of the many moments that have motivated me since then to offer added value to society through my profession. I want to show my clients how real estate and securities can be used to close the pension gap and thus prevent poverty in old age. It is important to me to maintain a partnership on equal terms and to cultivate mutual trust. My goal is to offer a service that allows our customers to lead a carefree life and have as much time as possible for the good things in life.
