2. Status des Informationspflichtigen nach der Gewerbeordnung, Meldung und Registrierung<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Der Informationspflichtige ist als Versicherungsmakler mit einer Erlaubnis nach \u00a7 34d Abs. 1 der Gewerbeordnung bei der zust\u00e4ndigen Beh\u00f6rde, der Industrie- und Handelskammer gemeldet und im Vermittlerregister unter der Registrierungsnummer D-2GYV-LQJUM-96 registriert.<\/p>\n

3. Beratung und Verg\u00fctung<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Der Informationspflichtige bietet im Zuge der Vermittlung eine Beratung gem\u00e4\u00df den gesetzlichen Vorgaben an und erh\u00e4lt f\u00fcr die erfolgreiche Vermittlung eines Versicherungsvertrages eine Provision und ggf. eine Servicepauschale vom Produktanbieter. Der Informationspflichtige erh\u00e4lt als Verg\u00fctung weitere Zuwendungen. Diese sind bereits in der Versicherungspr\u00e4mie enthalten und somit vom Kunden nicht separat zu bezahlen. Au\u00dferdem kann der Informationspflichtige abweichend mit dem Kunden als Verg\u00fctung eine Kombination aus Provision und Honorar oder lediglich Honorar vereinbaren. Das Honorar ist dann vom Kunden separat zu bezahlen. Dies ist jeweils abh\u00e4ngig von den W\u00fcnschen und Bed\u00fcrfnissen des Kunden und den Versicherungsprodukten, welche eventuell vermittelt werden.<\/p>\n

5. Beteiligungen von bzw. an dem Informationspflichtigen<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Der Informationspflichtige besitzt keine direkten oder indirekten Beteiligungen von \u00fcber 10 Prozent an Stimmrechten oder dem Kapital von Versicherungsunternehmen. Es gibt keine Versicherungsunternehmen oder Mutterunternehmen eines Versicherungsunternehmens, welche direkte oder indirekte Beteiligungen von \u00fcber 10 Prozent an den Stimmrechten oder am Kapital des Informationspflichtigen besitzen.<\/p>\n

6. Schlichtungsstellen f\u00fcr Streitigkeiten zwischen dem Informationspflichtigen und Versicherungsnehmern<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Sofern du mit den Dienstleistungen des Informationspflichtigen einmal nicht zufrieden sein solltest, kannst du Beschwerden jederzeit an den Informationspflichtigen und an die zuvor genannten Kontaktdaten richten. Das Verfahren zur Bearbeitung deiner Beschwerde sieht vor, dass nach Eingang deiner Beschwerde dein Vermittler diese gerne intern pr\u00fcft und dir eine Stellungnahme zukommen lassen
